Clark's Toyota Vios Cup

It was a fun Labor Day weekend at the Toyota Vios Cup especially because it was a dream for me to see the Grand Prix just to hear tire screeches and roaring motors - something similar to what you hear from movies like the Fast and Furious.

My next goal now is to car race, rather, learn to drive first hahaha pabida.

Alam mo kasi, sobrang hot nila Gretchen Ho, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and Aubrey Miles in their race suits. I was in awe.

Apart from the celebrity racers, I was also amazed by a lot of female racers in the Sporting and Promotional category such as Coseteng and Medrano who stood out last Toyota Vios Cup.

Btw, the Toyota Vios Cup is on its fourth season and it happens quarterly so watch out for the next schedule.

Bukod sa lahat, naenjoy ko our accommodation and buffet meals for the said weekend. We stayed at Midori Casino and Hotel in a suite with a king size bed, its own toilet and bath, and higit sa lahat, a bathtub at its veranda. O di ba ang shala?

Ang shala naman neto. Wala neto sa bahay.

Gusto ko lang talaga magbubble bath nung una pero maya-maya, lumapit ung photographer friends and roomies ko, sila Raniel @rayniyel and John @mvltiple, at naisipang magshoot, myself as the subject basta nakatakip ung mukha or most of it. Kbye.

Raniel: "Cor, higa."

Raniel: "Parang mas maganda kung paa mo lang ang kita."

"Bes, gaano kadaming buhok pa ung itatakip ko sa mukha ko? Kanina ka pa padagdag ng padagdag."

 Anjan ung pinalublob nila ako sa bathtub na nilagyan ko na ng sabon kaya hilam-hilam ako. Flat on my back kaya pasok ung tubig na may sabon sa ilong ko.

The next day naman, pinagapang-gapang nila ako sa sahig, pinahiga-higa sa pintuan na may matulis na bakal sa hinihigaan ko para sa sliding door. Ung gandang-ganda ako sa white long sleeve polo ko pero pinahubad pa rin kasi prefer nila ung may katawan ko pero walang mukha. Ang saya nilang kaibigan. Lol

"Bes, pinaglololoko mo lang ba ako parang siya?"

"Bes, masakit 'yung bakal ng sliding door sa likod."

The Food Experience at the Toyota Vios Cup VIP

Sa shuttle pa lang, buffet na ung snacks and drinks. I was seated beside Raniel, myself at the window seat. Nung nagstart magpasa ng snacks, inabot nang inabot ni beh sa likod e gusto ko ng Loacker. Pero nung Piknik na, hinarang naming lima sa SinoPinas @SinoPinas (yes, we were also with the two other founders, Karl @larkvain and Alexis @litratonijuan @sinosijuan). Wala nang Piknik na nakarating sa likod. Ung katapat ni Raniel, di nakatiis. Nagpaabot kay Alexis ng Piknik. Sila beh kasi, lakas maghoard. Hinoard din namin ung Lay’s, Ruffles, at marami pang iba. Sana mainvite pa kami sa next Toyota event.

'Di sakin yan, guys. Believe me. ('Wag po sana akong i-ban ng Toyota sa events nila)

Dahil sa kabusugan ko sa dami ng hinoard naming snacks, di ako masyado nakakain during the Greek-inspired lunch buffet.

Then check in sa shala hotel, then the bathtub ganap, then the Japanese-inspired dinner buffet. Konti pa rin nakain ko kasi nabusog ako sa tubig ng bathtub.

Breakfast buffet was served at Midori Hotel and Casino. Super love ko ung hakaw, brownies,at kumuha ako ng sandamukal na Yakult at yogurt. Charot. Tig-isa lang kasi late na kami kumain like 20 minutes left prior to the race program.

Lunch buffet and dinner buffet pa rin like bes, sumuko ako sa pagkain. Pinakamemorable sa'kin though is ung snacks buffet na Filipino-style. Pagpasok pa lang nung dirty ice cream cart, pumila na ako. Mej cranky si kuya at ininform na di pa oras magserve. Naghintay ako mga 30 minutes pa pero sulit naman kasi nakaapat na balik ako para sa avocado ice cream. That's on top of one glass of halo-halo na nilunod ko sa gatas, at ung Buko Pandan ice drop. Race to sugar rush, bes.

Super sarap nga rin pala ng salted egg pasta nung dinner. Paano ko un makakalimutan. Kbye.

Toyota Vios Cup ung title pero puro pagkain ung kuwento at puro portraits ko ung picture. Tsk.
